Senglea Townhouse

This beautiful house in the historic town of Senglea, one of the three cities, has some beautiful existing features. While opting for a contemporary style, these key features were retained and celebrated: gorgeous Maltese cement tiles, a traditional stone staircase and some very high ceilings.

With a shoestring budget and the client’s keen interest in retro furniture in mind; some good bargains were struck to find the right second-hand pieces to mix in with the new items in the place. Inspired by the existing cement tiles colour palette, terracotta and green shades were used to brighten up and give the house a distinct look.
